COACHING
Grow beyond yourself
Inspirieren. Entwickeln. Verändern. Wachsen.
Would you like to develop personally?
Are you facing difficult decisions (both professionally and privately)?
Would you like to better understand yourself and the behavior and relationship patterns you have learned so that you can deal with them more consciously?
I would be happy to support you in your personal development!
WHY
There are always moments in life when you realize that you want to change something.
-
Would you like to grow personally or exceed yourself and expand your strengths?
-
Would you like to become aware of your thought and behavior patterns, check which of them are helpful for you and learn to deal with or change your currently less helpful thought and behavior patterns?
-
Are you faced with decisions and would you like more clarity about where you could go?
All of this and much more can be reasons to seek support from a neutral coach. Professional and private topics can be treated equally, because after all, both areas belong to you.
PROCESS
After a preliminary telephone conversation, we will arrange an initial appointment to get to know each other. A coaching session lasts 60 - 90 minutes and can of course also take place online.
RESULT
Coaching helps you to develop solutions for your concerns yourself by making you think about things differently, sorting through thoughts and feelings together, broadening your perspective and trying out new things.
METHOD
As a psychologist with psychodynamic and systemic counseling or coaching training, I select the appropriate methods from the various schools of thought in order to provide you with the best possible support. More about this in the FAQs about coaching.
FAQS COACHING
Answers to frequently asked questions
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is goal- and solution-oriented support from a neutral person. A coach does not force an opinion on you, but rather helps you find solutions to your concerns using a variety of questioning techniques and clear methods. Coaching for managers has long been established in a professional context. In the private sector, similar things are often offered under other terms, such as “counseling”, “couples counseling”, etc.
WHAT DOES SYSTEMIC MEAN?
The systemic approach focuses on the entire system (team, organization, family) and one's own role within it in order to better understand the occurrence of certain behavioral patterns. Systemic consulting or systemic coaching are solution-oriented (how can things get better in the future) and Resource-oriented (the client has all the skills needed to solve his problem).

WHAT DOES PSYCHODYNAMIC MEAN?
The psychodynamic approach aims to raise awareness of unconscious relationship and behavior patterns. Once understood, these can then be actively changed. The client no longer automatically has to behave as usual, but has more freedom to choose freely and try out new things.
WHAT KIND OF CHALLENGES CAN I DISCUSS IN COACHING?
Any topic that you would like to discuss with a neutral person is an option. The focus can be on both professional topics (new role, leadership responsibility, reorientation, team conflicts, etc.) and private topics (individual, partnership, family system).
HOW OFTEN AND AT WHAT INTERVALS SHOULD I GET COACHED?
Depending on your situation, we recommend coming for coaching every two to four weeks. Anything is possible, from a single session to accompaniment over several years. Experience has shown that five to six sessions are recommended in order to see noticeable and lasting success in relation to a topic.
WHERE DOES THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?DOES COACHING GO ONLINE?
We can meet in person in my meeting room or for a walk. Many of my coachees particularly like coaching in the park and the associated change between walking and sitting. On the other hand, we can do the coaching online via teams, zoom, skype, etc. or even by telephone. It is also possible to alternate personal meetings and online sessions.
What topics concern you? What would you like tips, information or coaching about?
